1. Custom & Personalization
Each balloon is handcrafted and fully personalized for your celebration. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order.
2. Production Timeline
Our handcrafted designs require a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Rush orders (7–13 days) may be accommodated depending on color availability and include a $200 rush fee.
Orders requested with less than 7 days’ notice cannot be processed through our online system. Please contact us directly before placing your order.
Curated Balloon Gifts follow a separate fulfillment schedule and are not subject to custom order timelines or rush policies. Availability is limited and based on daily production capacity.
3. Color Availability
Rush orders are only available if requested colors are in stock.
Standard production orders allow for full color selection, and custom color matching is available when booked in advance - ideal for themed events, branding, or coordinated celebrations.
4. Balloon Care & Float Time
Artisan Jumbo Helium Balloons: 7+ days indoor float time
Standard Artisan Helium Bouquets: 3+ days
Velvet Balloon Bouquets: 7+ days
Outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight may reduce float time. Indoor display is recommended for best results.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Private collection and delivery options vary by product and location.
