1. Custom & Personalization
Each jumbo balloon is meticulously crafted and fully personalized for your celebration. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your personalization information.
2. Production Timeline
Our handcrafted balloons require a minimum of 14 days’ notice.
Rush orders (7–13 days) may be accommodated if your requested colors are in stock, with a $200 rush fee applied.
Orders requested under 7 days’ notice cannot be processed online — please contact us prior to placing your order.
3. Color Availability
Rush orders are only accepted if your requested color is currently in stock.
Standard production orders allow for full color selection.
We can often do custom color match if ordered ahead of time. This is perfect for themed parties, branded occasions, or corporate color schemes.
4. Balloon Care & Float Time
Our Artisan jumbo Helium balloons float for 7+ days indoors.
Outdoor conditions (heat, wind, sun) may shorten float life. For optimal longevity, indoor display is strongly recommended.
Standard Artisan Helium bouquets last 3+ days with proper care.
Velvet Balloon Bouquets last 7+ days with proper care.
5. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery options vary by product and location. Delivery fees may apply.
Pick-up is always free and needs to be scheduled in advance for a 30 min window.
Delivery within Kent City Limits is Free.
Delivery up to 9 miles from Admore Dr. Kent, Ohio $35
Delivery up to 12 miles from Admore Dr. Kent, Ohio $50
Delivery Beyond 12 miles of Admore Dr. Kent, Ohio is an additional $4/mile.
