Before You Order

1. Custom & Personalization

Each balloon is handcrafted and fully personalized for your celebration. Please carefully review all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order.

2. Production Timeline

Custom Installations: A minimum of 7 days' notice is preferred. Orders booked with 7 to 10 days' notice are considered rush and may require sourcing materials on an expedited basis. If expedited shipping is needed, a rush fee will apply and be confirmed with you before booking.

Please note: rush orders requiring expedited material shipping are subject to carrier delays outside our control. While we make every effort to meet your event date, Budding Balloon Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers on rush-ordered materials.

All other items (bouquets and similar orders): Rush orders may be accommodated with shorter notice if requested colors and materials are already in stock.

Curated Balloon Gifts follow a separate fulfillment schedule and are not subject to custom order timelines or rush policies. Availability is limited and based on daily production capacity.

3. Color Availability

Rush orders are only available if requested colors are in stock.

Standard production orders allow for full color selection, and custom color matching is available when booked in advance - ideal for themed events, branding, or coordinated celebrations.

4. Balloon Care & Float Time

Artisan Jumbo Helium Balloons: 7+ days indoor float time
Standard Artisan Helium Bouquets: 3+ days
Velvet Balloon Bouquets: 7+ days

Outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, and direct sunlight may reduce float time. Indoor display is recommended for best results.

5. Pickup & Delivery

Private collection and delivery options vary by product and location.

Pickup: Free (scheduled 30-minute window required)
Kent State University Campus: Free delivery
Kent City Limits: $5 delivery fee
