How long will this balloon float? Our jumbo glass bubble balloons are designed to float for a minimum of 7+ days. Many last longer. Float time may vary depending on temperature, handling, and environment. Extreme heat, cold, or outdoor use may reduce float duration.
Is personalization included? Yes! All personalization is included in the price. Names, messages, and logos are all customized at no additional cost.
Production Timeline Ready-made and in-stock items can often be turned around quickly, sometimes with just a day or two of notice, depending on color and material availability. If something specific isn't on hand, we'll always be upfront about what's possible in your timeframe. Custom Installations require more lead time to coordinate design, sourcing, and setup. We recommend 14 days' notice when possible, with 7 to 10 days as the minimum we can accommodate. If expedited shipping is needed to source materials for an install booked closer to that window, a rush fee will apply and be confirmed with you before booking.
Can I choose any color? We offer a curated selection of colors. Rush orders that are under 7 days can only be accepted if your requested colors are currently in stock.
