    There are no refunds or exchanges on Valentine orders as they are custom made especially for each client.


    Balloon sizes: small balloons are standard balloon size (10"), large balloons are (16"), jumbo balloons are (22")

    Bouquets: stand aprox 5' tall unless needed for tabletop, please specify in additional notes

    Float time:  Float time varies on size and care of balloon. All latex balloons have bee pre-treated for optimal float times. Small standard is good for 4+ days, large 7+days, jumbo 10+ days, gumball balloons aprox 3-4 days.

    Personalization: If picture is needed, please email quality upload to buddingballoonco@gmail.com 

    Make sure in personalization box that all words are spelled correctly. There is limited message length. Personalization will be confirmed by email.

    Pre-Orders: We have limited availablity for Valentine balloons, ordering early is the best way to secure your order. Cut- off date is February 13th.

    Because all balloon orders are custom made for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.


    Cancellations must be made min 5 days prior.

    Cancellations will result in 50% credit for a future purchase.

How long will this balloon float? Our jumbo glass bubble balloons are designed to float for a minimum of 7+ days. Many last longer. Float time may vary depending on temperature, handling, and environment. Extreme heat, cold, or outdoor use may reduce float duration.

Is personalization included? Yes! All personalization is included in the price. Names, messages, and logos are all customized at no additional cost.

What is the production timeline? Standard production requires 14 days’ notice. Rush orders (7–13 days’ notice) may be available with approval if materials and colors are in stock and require a $200 rush fee. Orders under 7 days are not available for online ordering.

Can I choose any color? We offer a curated selection of colors. Rush orders that are under 7 days can only be accepted if your requested colors are currently in stock.

Do you offer delivery? Pickup and delivery options vary by location. Delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed prior to fulfillment.

How do I submit my personalization details? Personalization details can be entered at checkout. Logos may be uploaded or emailed after purchase if needed.
